NTSG Profile NTSG, Inc. has a long and extensive history in the installation, testing, and commissioning of optical networks. Our focus is exclusively in the area of optical network engineering and deployments, giving our staff the most continuous and focused optical networking field expertise in the industry. NTSG, Inc. was founded in 2001 at the request of our first customer, Monterrey Systems (subsequently acquired by CISCO Systems), to engineer, furnish and install their newly-designed optical add/drop multiplexers (OADMs). NTSG founders saw the long-term need for specialized technical service to support these complex systems and decided to build a company focused on these needs. NTSG remains true to this focus. Our teams have successfully completed more than 550 projects spanning 2500+ individual sites. NTSG founders and many of our senior staff are former AT&T optical network and technical services professionals. This legacy has provided the foundation for building today’s highly-regarded NTSG expertise and reputation. NTSG offers a full range of professional services in support of the communications industry and has a strong heritage in Service Provider expertise. NTSG has extensive experience in the deployment and integration of optical networking equipment and adjunct technologies. NTSG’s versatile operation responds quickly to its client’s needs and has set a standard for quality and value. NTSG engineers are knowledgeable and experienced with the most current optical networking technologies so as to provide clients with cost effective solutions that will meet their business infrastructure needs and requirements. NTSG installers and testers are trained in the latest techniques and procedures so as to insure high quality and defect free installations of optical equipment. NTSG’s field service engineers are qualified to install and test optical networking equipment from various manufacturers and perform EFI&T services in Service Provider facilities. NTSG is based in Lebanon, NJ with field service installation and testing engineers available for fast deployment anywhere in North America. NTSG maintains an engineering, assembly and testing lab at its New Jersey headquarters. We also maintain a security-protected warehouse and storage facility for holding customer equipment and inventory. NTSG owns or leases state-of-the-art optical testing equipment.
